About AKKMI

AKKMI was established as a platform for business operators in the Contract Manufacturing Cosmetic field, including Original Design Manufacture (ODM), Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM), and Supply Chain, to have a common perspective on the development and growth of the cosmetic industry both domestically and internationally.

AKKMI History

The purpose of establishing AKKMI is to understand market and lifestyle changes, foster information exchange with associations domestically and internationally, understand domestic and international regulatory trends, and contribute by finding solutions to environmental and global sustainability issues to further enhance the global competitiveness of Indonesian cosmetic products, as well as improve the quality and reliability of production processes and cosmetic products.

Additionally, AKKMI contributes to the healthy growth and development of the industry as a whole by sincerely responding to the opinions and requests of all members, while striving to provide fair access to relevant training and educational opportunities for all members.

Organization Structure

The current AKKMI board consists of Advisory Board: Halim Nababan; and Advisory Council: Kim Ho, and Min Kyong Cheong.
The Chairperson is Sri Rahayu Widya Ningrum, Vice Chairpersons are Suhadi Rizki Herdianto and Wardah Annajiah, Secretaries are Neni Nuraini and Netty Kristina, Treasurers are Tin Kurniati and Aling, and the Supervisory Board members are Niko Pelomonia Thamrin Nasution and Dina Octaviani Putri.

AKKMI serves as a platform for contract cosmetic manufacturing industry players to collaborate, share knowledge, and advocate for common interests. With a strong and diverse leadership, AKKMI is committed to driving innovation, regulatory compliance, and improving the quality of cosmetic products in Indonesia.
